Three Methods to Request Maintenance

     A.  If you have an EMERGENCY or do not have a computer... call 920-730-4284

               ( It is best to use the AppFolio App or the Preliminary Work Request to report non emergency maintenance issues.)

               (They are also available in the Clubhouse Library)

The Drop Box for the Work Request Form is located in the Clubhouse Meeting Room next to the office.

Submit maintenance requests directly to Pfefferle Management along with photos of the issue (if available).

     1     From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.

     2.  Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention (must select multiple photos at once from computer or camera roll), then click Submit Request.

     3.     If you would like a copy of this request for your records, please contact Pfefferle.
